Questions worth asking
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Cancelling leaves you on your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for — there is no refund-shaped cliff halfway through a month.
What happens to my sites if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted, ever. If you drop to a plan with fewer sites, every site you already have stays live and stays editable — you simply cannot add another until you are back inside the allowance. The same is true of images and video: what you have uploaded keeps working, and only new uploads are turned away.
What is the “Made with Comet” badge?
A small line in the corner of sites published on the free plan, linking back here. It is how people find Comet, and it is the reason the free plan can exist at all. Any paid plan removes it from your next publish.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You can export the whole site as a folder of ordinary HTML, CSS and images at any time, on any plan including free, and host it wherever you like.
How do I cancel?
From Plan & billing in your account menu, which opens the billing portal. No email, no form, no phone call.
